Boxing is a daring sport that's usually supervised by a referee. The boxers are generally of the same weight and engage in a series of one to three minute intervals called rounds. Boxing matches are usually based on a set number of three-minute rounds. These rounds may last between 12 and 15. The boxers spend one minute between two rounds with their coach or staff. They are in opposite corners, receiving advice and attention.

Another interesting form of boxing is women's boxing. It was banned in many countries in the 20th century after it first appeared at the Olympic Games in 1904. It was not as popular and well-known as traditional boxing. Women's boxing has a growing fan base, with lots of media exposure and exciting fights.

Boxing is more than a sport. A good boxer will practice 95% physical and 5% mentally. It takes a lot of effort to make it work. To make it happen, you must focus on your game and keep your mental strength in line with your physical game. Concentrate on your punches and not on the surroundings. You can become a mentally tough fighter by focusing on your mental skills.
